1. Is there an annual membership fee?

No! When you purchase a membership bundle (either the Complete 5 Step Membership or a Trio Membership) you will not be charged any additional membership fee. There are also no fees to cancel your membership.

To maintain the benefits of your membership you are only required to receive a minimum of two product bundles within a twelve month period (two product bundles a year).

2. How often will I receive my product bundle?

Your product bundles, including your Complete 5 Step Membership, Trio Membership or any additional recurring products can be scheduled to arrive as often as you would like them.

The default setting for all new recurring products is 45 days. However, you may choose to receive your products, every 60, 90 or even 120 days if that suits your needs best. As a member, you are always able to change the frequency of your delivery schedule. If you would like to make an adjustment to your order frequency, please send an email to our customer care team. You may choose to adjust your frequency for your next order or for all recurring orders.

However please remember that in order to maintain your membership benefits, you must receive a minimum of two orders within a 12 month period.

3. How will I know when my next order is on the way?

You will receive email notification for any recurring order 5 days prior to being charged. Once you receive your pre-bill notification, should you need to extend this order an additional few weeks or change any billing or shipping information, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation (with tracking number) once your order leaves our warehouse.

4. Can I customize the products in my bundle?

Unfortunately at this time, our system is not able to customize or substitute products within a specific bundle. If you find that your current bundle assortment does not suit your skincare needs, please keep in mind that there are a few different bundle assortments that you can choose from.

Also, as a member, you are able to order additional products on a recurring basis at a discounted price. This means if you would like to add an additional cleanser or serum with every bundle, we can easily arrange it for you.

Our customer care team will do their absolute best to accommodate your needs. Simply reach out to us via email and let us know which products you would like to receive on a recurring basis and we’ll work with you to find the most convenient and cost effective solution!

5. How can I cancel my membership?

While we would hate to see you go, rest assured you may cancel your membership at any time.

If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact our customer care team and we will be happy to assist you. Any insight or reason you are able to provide for your cancellation will be very valuable for us to know so that we may tailor our membership program and products better in the future.

If you are looking to cancel because you have an overstock of products, please remember you can adjust the frequency of your shipments at any time. Simply let us know how many times per year you would like to receive an order and our customer care team will make the necessary adjustments to your account. If you need a temporary pause you may also push out your next processing date up to six months.

**Please note that once your membership is cancelled you will not receive access to members only sales days or early access to new products.

7. Can I add any products to my Complete 5 Step or my Trio membership bundle?

Yes! In fact, one of the perks of being a VIP member is that you are able to add additional recurring products to your existing bundle order and you will receive 25% off the regular retail price of the additional recurring product.

For example;
If you are a Complete 5 Step Routine VIP Member and you would like to receive an Exfoliating Matcha Mask with your order every 90 days, simply drop our customer care team a line and we will be happy to add this product to your regular routine. You will receive an immediate 25% discount on this additional product.
